Darrick Eng is a seasoned finance and risk professional whose career spans institutional brokerage, private wealth management, and proprietary trading across multiple jurisdictions. In his current role as a Senior Risk Analyst within the risk oversight function at Alpha Trade, he holds responsibility for critical trade reconciliation between client and executing broker platforms, middle and back-office operations management, and real-time risk oversight across all derivative asset classes. He also oversees the firm’s day-to-day desk operations and maintains rigorous standards of financial recordkeeping across all functions.

Prior to joining Alpha Trade, Darrick served as a Personal Banker at Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia, where he built and managed a client portfolio exceeding USD 5 million. In this capacity he delivered comprehensive wealth advisory services to high-net-worth clients, encompassing portfolio construction, risk-adjusted asset allocation, and long-term wealth preservation strategies. His technical and fundamental analytical work across US equities and funds established him as a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.

Darrick also brings transatlantic regulatory experience, having served as a FINRA-registered financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha Investment Advisors in the United States, holding licences in Illinois and Iowa. In this role he delivered holistic financial planning solutions spanning retirement strategies, wealth preservation, insurance structuring, and investment management — broadening his professional perspective across both the advisory and institutional dimensions of financial services.
